PDF Name & Blank Fields

Saving the pdf's as the job address or name and not as a file.pdf. This is the second time I am asking for this. Also I noticed that sometimes when sending the pdf's to the client some of the information disappears so when the client receives the documents and opens it the some of the fields are empty.

is it not possible to just change in once it is saved? I do not understand what the problem is.... weather i download a image or a bank statement, you can just rename it.

@Giovanni, I forwarded the file using e-mail, my own and a gmail account and its doing it on both. If I open it after sending the file in my snt folder all looks ok but the recipient gets a empty file.

@Greg, please note that we've implemented the file name now. Regarding the blank fields, this is unfortunately an issue we've ran into when a file is shared over Whatsapp or some other older platforms. We find that sharing the file via Email always ensures best compatibility.
